“I was kept well informed about delivery etc. product was well packaged. It would have been more helpful from an ordering point of view if the product stated if the finish was Matt or glossy. However that is not DIY's fault.”

“The product was delivered damaged with the container broken across the base leading to the stripper leaking in the bag.excellant response from DIY doctore resulting ina replacement 2 days later. Product works on removing old stain and varnish but needs some elbow grease to help it along!”

“They have a useful, informative website and having checked what I needed to coat MDF I ordered from them. Good service and product (Rustin MDF clear sealant) as described. My only issue with the product is that it is like water and so is very difficult to apply without getting everywhere, so need to cover working area well. It does seem to work though as paint went on much better than previously when painting an unsealed surface.”

“Delivery quicker than expected and products as ordered. Only thing that prevented 5 stars was courier notification. Received email to say delivery inside next hour. Unfortunately, I was out during that window. A slightly earlier email would have avoided a delivery failure. Re-delivery options were good, however and I was able to select next day with no problem.”

“Good products, reasonable prices. I ordered 3 items, the 2 smaller items came via a courier that emailed me with precise details of when they would arrive - I waited in, they arrived on time, excellent. But the larger item was coming direct from the supplier using a different courier with no indication of when it would arrive. The day I waited in only the smaller items arrived, the next day I had to go out, and got back to a missed delivery note. I eventually managed to get hold of the courier and rearrange delivery, but it was a bit of a nuisance. If possible could DIY Doctor ask their suppliers to use couriers that provide tracking info? Other than that no issues and would definitely shop with DIY Doctor again.”
