“Excellent customer service reponse - wasn't sure if my order late pm Wed would manage a next day delivery on Friday. My e-mail early Thurs was met with a prompt response to confirm Friday delivery, and the Friday delivery arrived within 2 minutes of the advised time-window. Will definitely use again!”

“Excellent product. Bought a graded Dyson v6 but you wouldn't know it as it works perfectly. Really easy to order from District Electricals and was especially helpful to have my order sent to a local newsagents as I wouldn't be in for the original delivery time.”

“I ordered a samsung smart tv after recieving a e-mail telling me it was back in stock on monday 13th of june,recieved TV on 16th of june,was updated by e-mail and mobile about delivery. The box which it came in was bit scruffy but the TV was brand spanking new and in original wrapping,i'm very happy with the TV and the service from DistrictElectricals and i would recommend them.”

“I purchased an A grade Panasonic microwave/inverter oven. The tiny dents were of no consequence as we discussed on the phone in advance. Very helpful customer service. I have the exact same product in another property so I know them to be of excellent quality but I paid somewhat more last time!. Thank you for a quality product, at a very good price, well packed and arrived on date and time emailed by courier. Excellent service , I have book marked your website A rare 'Tip top company'”

“I was initially hesitant about buying a returned Dyson Fan A1 quality, but the warranty put me at ease and so far I am impressed. The item was well-packed and obviously had been checked over since it was returned. The fan was complete and even included the manual and upon inspection was perfect - it certainly warranted A1 quality. Overall this saved me around 30% off the retail price and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from District Electricals again.”

“Really pleased with our new Panasonic combi-oven. We phoned in advance of buying it to ask a few questions and received great customer service - the person we spoke to was really knowledgeable & helpful. The delivery via Interlink Express was great to. We received a one hour time slot via text as promised and delivery was on time. All in all we are v happy with the product & service.”
