“Staff went out of their way to help me with recovering my data. Unfortunately, the data was damaged beyond repair (not their fault) and they provided me with a full refund. Great customer service.”

Thank you for your positive review, unfortunately your hard drive was in too bad condition. Remember to back up your data regularly to avoid similar issues.
