Initial contact & order process very good.
But, oh so let down by delivery.
On day of delivery, got email giving hour window. All good. Then got email saying 'sorry we missed you'.
Absolute BS, proven by Shop4. Driver delivered to collection point, a Newsagent.
I went to collect - heap of parcels on floor by wine.
Awful delivery. Will never use Shop4 again.
