“Great customer service! I made a mistake in the delivery address and dhl were unable to deliver the first time around. Shop4Electric were able to amend and get the package redelivered so quickly.”

“Although the man was very friendly and helpful the part was not the right one. I had asked for specific things to be checked but It was not correct but I was told it was. I have been told I will get a refund”

“I recently ordered a site light from this shop. A day or two later I was contacted to say the light was out of stock and discontinued.... However I was offered up an alternative which was just as good, and cheaper! The alternative was couriered out to me the following day. Very happy with the light and the customer service.”
