“Brilliant customer service. A clip was missing from one of the spot lights I ordered. I called to explain (no wait time to get through) and the rep I spoke to advised a replacement would be sent out same day. Received the item a couple of days later 😀”

“It was so easy to use the online order service. The customer service was excellent, as I had ordered the wrong type of carbon alarm. I phoned up for advice to purchase the correct alarm, I was given a reference number to return the incorrect alarm, the new alarm was posted out to me and my refund was processed within a few days. Very helpful from start to finish.”

“I bought a British General unpopulated high integrity consumer unit. Very happy with the purchase. Would have given a higher rating but it's a shame shop 4 electrical forgot to dispatch it. But after waiting a week it got sorted with a quick email and got delivered the next day.”

“Thur 27 Jan 8.54 pm Ordered goods Fri 28 Jan 3.04 pm. Email confirming dispatched to DHL Fri 3.10 pm. DHL confirmed order received and would be delivered Monday. Mon 31 9.27 am. Goods delivered. Excellent service- deserves the 5 star rating!”

“Very satisfied with my Xpelair In Line Fan unit. Great price, £24 cheaper from shop4 electrical than a local electrical supplier. Would definitely recommend shop4 electrical. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the packaging. The fan unit was packed in its original box and packed again in another larger outer box but with no cushioning packaging to take up the void space. Slight damage to both boxes due to rough handling by the couriers but luckily no damage to the fan.”

“Always seem to have what I need at competitive prices. Delivery is very quick and everything is packaged well. I did have a length of galv trunking damaged in transit but when I contacted them they sent a replacement length out straight away so customer service is great. Great service all round really”
