“Dave was absolutely brilliant and gave excellent advice. The smoke detectors were ordered at midday and still arrived the next day which I didnt expected. as ordered at midday day before. All fitted with 24 hrs of ordering. Couldnt fault the service which was excellent !”

“Order dispatched promptly. DHL gave indications of progress and arrival time but the driver didn't wait to confirm my name and was back in the van before I got to the door so not sure if a photo was taken of the actual delivery. However, the contents of the package were as described and the replacement camera has now been installed and is working. Also, I had a prompt response from Andy of customer services to my query about access to the invoice.”

“I used the instant chat to ask a question and got an instant reply and as it was my first order I got a call 2 days later to check I was happy Postage is a bit steep but item was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day”
