“You provide an excellent service but your selected carriers let you down.my first order DHL was a day late and my second order with FedEx has not arrived today because I missed the delivery because the website was not showing it was out for delvery.FedEx will not answer the phone and I have no information as to a new delivery date.in the light of these difficulties I will have to reconsider using you again”
