“Great website, easy to navigate, plenty of supporting information to assist in the product choice. The courier company DHL was used for the delivery - an excellent choice. The delivery was within 48 hours. This compares so well to the service of Evri (Hermes) who took 11 days to deliver a very similar order of electrical items that I had ordered 10 minutes earlier than the one I am reviewing. The long delayed parcel was not from Shop4Electrical but was from a different supplier who, clearly, do not have the good business sense to use a good carrier service!!”
