“Excellent service from Direct Fireplaces team kept me informed and informed me when my order was going to ship and glad to see a professional courier company used as most products/ orders are damaged whilst in the delivery thase. “I would definately recommend Direct Fireplaces, ordering was easy over the phone and i was able to use a discount voucher i found. It arrived within afew days and though the wrong one was sent then the correct one was delivered the next day and the wrong one collected. Fantastic service. The fir is in and looks lovely and throws out a good deal of warmth. Very happy and the cat is too”

“We havn't had fire installed yet as when my gas man arranged a date a week after delivery we had to cancell install date as my wife can have 20 to 30 dizzy spells a day and she had a physio appointment come through for that date so we have to wait for him to come back to us with new install date so will get back to you when installed as per phone call I made to you and I was told to check to see that there was nothing broken or scratched or any missing parts but as I'm not a gas engineer I said I wouldn't know if anything was missing and the gentleman I spoke to said that wasn't a problem as if anything was missing he would be able to send the missing parts straight away so hopefully my gas fitter will get back to me this week thanks Mr t smith”
