Hi Dermot Thanks for your review. I am sorry that the order did not arrive as expected. We do always wish to resolve any issues so please do contact us directly so we can resolve this. I have looked at your artwork and can see you have supplied artwork in RGB colour scheme which is designed for lit monitors and screens. When printed they do therefore appear duller when printed on an unlit plain page, We recommend artwork be provided in CMYK for this reason. We have contacted you to resolve this issue for you. “I found DigitalPrintingIreland by searching Google, and I went with them on price. I'm delighted I did. The Christmas Cards they printed for me were excellent. I had a bit of a change in my design and they dealt with that quickly. My communication with them was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again!!”

Hi Stephen, I am sorry you felt the need to leave us a one star review after speaking with us. I have looked in to this and can see the fundamental error was an issue with your artwork rather than our printing. As my colleague explained to you, we are a direct to print service and require fully set up and print ready, we do not proof read orders or check designs. I can see that we have offered to assist you if you are able to amend the errors in your design. This offer to help still stands, if you are able to fix the design and wish to place a new order, please contact us first and we would be more than happy to arrange some discount on the new print.
