“Excellent service in most respects. My order was very time sensitive and it wasn't altogether clear to me whether the 'express' service would have made a tangible difference. In the event, having waited almost 24 hours for an update, I was given a 2-hour window within which to approve proofs. Which I missed. A little more upfront clarity over what the express service offers, and on the deadlines for meeting delivery schedules, would have gone a long way in my case. This could just be on the website. Still, though we didn't meet my deadline, the service was quick and high quality and I would definitely recommend.”

“I've used Digital Printing Ireland for about 10 years with excellent results. In the last project, the interior margins of my saddle-stitched booklet were not right. It's a small error on a small project; however, it does matter to me.”
