“The quality is very good but the print finish is a lot darker than the file I sent, especially the photo.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave your 4-star review and your feedback. I have checked with our PrePress Team to check the file which was provided for print and the file supplied was RGB. As we are a digital print service we ask for CMYK files as these are the 4 colours we use to print. If an RGB file is provided we need to convert that file to print in our four colour process and we do warn that this can result in colours changing and a darker print than intended being produced. If you would like us to check your file before producing your next order choose the email/WeTransfer option on the artwork upload page. This way when sending your file you can include a message for our PrePress Team and ask for this to be checked & advised and then complete your order.
