“The website was really user friendly. The product i chose arrived in very good time i was more than pleased. The quality of the custom print itself again was exellent. The only thing we were not happy with was the "cut" of the finish product being off center. We ordered a roll of labels/stickers witch were round in shape. Now our labels came with 15 full images per page but when u remove a label/sticker it left part of our image on the page. So this obviously means when we use our label on something it is not the full image, part of the image is still on the main page. Iv uploaded a photo to show this. This is very noticable for our particular print as we use a yellow border before our image. this border looks completely off center when a label/sticker is used.. .................................................................... So im editing this review 22nd april 2020. I was made aware it was actually our mistake in not reading the guidlines correctly. Customer service offered and still offers us a reprint. Considering that was my only fault and it ended up being are own fault, with the offer from D.P.I to reprint you cant argue. Top service and again top quality product. Thank you DPI.”

Hi Paul, Thanks for leaving us the review and I appreciate you talking to me on the phone today. As mentioned there was no bleed on your artwork, rather than let you have white lines around your stickers we print over the edge of the sticker to avoid this. We do ask for 3mm bleed as paper does move slightly on the press and the bleed is there to accommodate this. As mentioned I am more than happy to get these reprinted for you, if you want to get bleed added to it and send it over to me when you need them and I will get that sorted. Please do let me know, we work hard to give the best possible customer service we can and hate to see customers not 100% happy with their orders. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the paper weight that you chose. I can see you chose one of our lightest paper stocks which would be a thinner stock. I have to apologise but there is no record of you contacting us to ask about paper choice advice. The last email received from yourself to us was 5th Jun 2019. We also have our live chat support and phone lines to answer any questions you may have. I have sent you over an email to get this issue sorted for you as I do not like any customers being unhappy with a product they have received. “DigitalPrintingIreland did a wonderful job on a set of invitation cards, pull-up banners and award certificates for us. There was some problem with how we had set up the files for print with the bleed, and very helpful and understanding staff members got in touch promptly to deal with this and rectify our error, rather than just proceeding to print as most other printing companies would have done. They give excellent value for money, and great choice of papers, finishes, etc. The results of our job were very good quality prints that we are extremely happy with.”
