“Quality and service were fine, as was price. But the inability to see a proof resulted in the image not filling the print space. This was very disappointing.”

Hi Michael Thanks for your review. We do always wish to produce quality prints for our customers. However, as we are a direct-to-print service we ask artwork be provided print ready and do not offer proof as standard as we do get over 1000 orders a day and this would then make a big difference to the promptness of despatch. “Digital Printing Ireland provide a fantastic service. It is very rare but when I have had a printing error the customer service has been fantastic and the error has been rectified promptly. The staff are really friendly and the quality of the prints are great, the colours really pop. Thanks for everything!”
