“I went to another printing place and wasn’t happy with the customer service or the quality of print, so I went here instead and I couldn’t get over the quality and how well the colour comes out considering cymk mode!! Definitely will be back for more digital printing”

“Fast delivery, easy to place order. However, the font colour on my cards aren't bright enough and so my cards look dull. I wish there was some way to preview clearly it to get a sense of how the card will look.”

Hi Manasi Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your order did not arrive as you expected. As we process over 1000 jobs a day we would not have the time or man power to go through every order and proof before printing and therefore ask artwork to be provided print ready with the order. OUr website does list the best way to provide artwork to ensure accuracy in printing, including provided it in PDF format in CMYK ink types. The reason for this is because picture files on a PC such as the png file you provided has colours in RGB designed for displaying on lit monitors and screens and will always appear duller when printed. When converted to CMYK it will show colours as they will look printed on a page and therefore you will know how it looks before you upload it to us. We do always wish customers to be happy with their prints so we have contacted you to organise a way of rectifying this for you so you have prints looking as you wished. “I have been in the graphic design/production field for more than 30 years and have never encountered a printing service that is WORSE at Customer Service than your company. I designed two projects for my client in Ireland and wanted the items produced in Ireland so we didn't have the outrageous costs for shipping from the USA. Both were VERY SIMPLE projects and my detailed specifications were VERY CLEAR. But apparently you do not review the specifications and you certainly don't produce anything that might be a variation from your on-line ordering guidelines...and you never bother telling the client if you cannot do the project or need additional information. We had several emails, most from Lucas that continued to tell us HOW TO USE YOUR STOCK SYSTEM. All we needed was 1) a simple letter size cover sheet with a graphic image that was to print on one side at a finished size is 6.75” wide x 8.75” tall trimmed to bleed (see email sent June 1). Instead you printed it as smaller size which was unreadable for my client's event. Then...to top it off, 2) I sent you name cards to be printed on LEGAL SHEET COVER STOCK to be used as folded name signs...there were 20 pages…each page was one sided and had a customized name. We only needed ONE COPY OF EACH PAGE and the final product needed to be cut from the legal size sheet (see my email of June 6). But that couldn't be done either and my Dublin client had to find a way to get them cut. I have DISPUTED ALL CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD. I am still shocked that a "professional" printing company could not do these simple projects. Next time I will go to a quick print in a stationery supply store...this was an extemely poor way to handle a client's project. I woud appreciate a response.”
