Thank you for your review. We do value our customer support and do wish to make it as easy and efficient to place orders and receive prints. We do process over 1000 orders a day and would not be able to proof each job without dramatically affecting our turnaround times and only offer when specifically requested and state it can cause delays so we, therefore, do ask for artwork to be provided print ready. However, as we are a direct-to-print service we ask artwork be provided print ready and do not offer proof as standard as we do get over 1000 orders a day and this would then make a big difference to the promptness of despatch.
