“Very competitive pricing and quality was excellent. Slight delay on dispatch which I was notified about, but it did end up arriving 3 days after the initial time given which I think was due to the courier as opposed to Digital Printing.”

“Been dealing with DPI for years now and always love the quality of their work and feedback when a file may not suite or fit a file. Had an issue with the website before where it crashed through an order and they helped me out and were very understanding and helpful! Always reccomend them, and will continue to order with them for the future”

“I don’t like leaving negative feedback as I have used this company for years, I ordered items to be delivered urgently for an event. Half the order was delivered (to the wrong building) and DPD said they never received the 2nd part. After emails and calls with digital printing and DPD while trying to set up for the event, eventually the printers offered to reprint and arrange a Saturday delivery (when our event started), which was a positive. I also hadn’t received some cards and was told delivery dates are estimates- so why did I pay extra to get them delivered? They never arrived for the event- probably arrived on Monday when it was all over, not much use. I think it’s time to look elsewhere”

Hi Alva Thanks for your review. Unfortunately we do always state that delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed as the couriers do not offer a guaranteed service with factors able to affect transport. We do however always do what we can when there is an issue with delivery and we did reprint the order as mentioned. I am sorry there was inconvenience with the event - we had not any further contact we were unaware that it was not in time for the event. We can take further action as a result.
