Hi Nishtha Thanks for your review, and I am sorry you feel we provided bad service. I have looked back at your order and can see that you provided artwork with both the incorrect page count and the wrong size, and we communicated this with you to be able to process your order. We did let you know that this would cause a delay to your order as we needed new amended artwork from you and informed you of the new dates which you agreed to. You ordered 1 book and received one book at the time we informed you it would be expected and you agreed with. “DP were a dream to work with. They came in at half the price of the nearest quote. I ordered an A5 landscape booklet. There are no templates for this so I had to design it myself. I made a mistake and realised it after I had uploaded my files. Although DP are difficult to reach by phone, the email live chat is excellent and my order was sorted and was perfect and arrived on time.”

“This was my first time using Digital Print. I ordered some colour posters on A4. I was absolutely delighted with the swift delivery, and quality of the posters. I will 100% be ordering again. “As well as excellent products - we order stickers they have an extremely helpful team. I had put in the wrong dimentions in the design by mistake - called the team and they had it sorted in minutes. Another time, I had an issue with my password and they were able to fix it while on the phone!”

“I had ordered 2 trial prints to check images etc and when final poetry book was printed ink seemed heavier and showed up some background areas on my illustrations which weren’t really noticeable on my previous 2 trials. I am disappointed that there was a change in production - albeit slight. I did speak to customer care and they said they couldn’t guarantee same print and said change in paper weight wouldn’t effect print quality. Is there anything you can do?”

“Wrongly printed, half the order was not ours, but from someone else from another country. We ended up with loads of stuff to dump. Refund promised but never reached our account.”
