“Absolutely sterling service. Send artwork on Sunday and had our wedding invitations the next Thursday. Truly impressive and top quality finish to the print and care. Can't recommend these guys any higher. Thanks yiu”

“Fast service. Quality of our Catalogue is excellent. I spoke with Ian in customer service, he was very helpful and prompt with answering my queries. Only issues that we had were: 1. We never were sent a proof before the catalogue was printed. 2. We paid for delivery to arrive on a certain date to showcase our product at an important meeting, the catalogues were delivered a day late and therefore we had to post on catalogue after meeting. This is not a reflection on Digital Printing but the delivery service used.”

Hi Sarah, it was great to talk to you on the phone and thanks so much for the great review! We are delighted that you were so impressed with our high quality products and high levels of customer service. As discussed, going forward we can send you a PDF proof for approval before any print can take place. To do this, if you select the "other options" section on the upload artwork screen. Choose send by email and simply attach your artwork along with a brief message requesting your proof and complete your order Once the team receive your request they will send your proof and await approval before any print takes place. I'm also glad that you recognised that your late delivery was no reflection on us and that the courier company let us both down. “Unfortunately the labels did not work out as I had hoped. The final prints were smaller than I expected. I was unaware of the proofing service available. My issue could have been avoided had I used this service. Unfortunately I could not use the lables but they were good quality and prompt service. I would be happy to use DPI service again with the later in mind. Regards, Paul”

Hi Paul, thanks so much for taking the time to review - we really do appreciate it. We are sorry to hear that your labels did not turn out as expected. While the pdf proofing service is useful for checking copy and resolution you don't get to see the actual physical size of your printed item onscreen so I'm not convinced that it would have rectified the problem. “I have used the services of Digital Printing Ireland several times. For my wedding thank you notes to my sons birth and so on and I am never disappointed. Fair pricing, great quality and a big variety of options that can really make whatever it is you want to print memorable and personal.”

“Not thrilled with the images in my order (full-colour book) but the printer can only do so much with what the customer sends them. I was trying to get assistance with colour issues and there was muddled communication regarding this but they went above and beyond trying to help me as best they could. Vivienne Lynch”

“I recently used Digital Printing Ireland to print an A2 poster from my artwork. I was extremely pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of the finished product. Their website is excellent: logically laid out and easy to navigate. The process of uploading image files online is very straight forward, even for a newcomer. “I was overhall happy with my order. I received it within a normal timeframe. The quality of the paper and the print and colours was good. No particular problem and good value for th e price. The only thing I am a little sad about is I would have liked to be able to get a sample for free to be able to compare better different type of papers and coating before ordering the full quantity.”
