Had some issues with my order which were mostly resolved to my satisfaction. Quality and turnaround is good. One bug bear is I got a 'personal thank you' email after I ordered from the Managing Director which was nothing of the sort. I was just an automated klavio email from the customer service mailbox. This sort of fake sincerity is a fail for me.
