“Very good products and service, competetively priced. (I bought a wok, which replaced a 10yr old one with worn non-stick.) They shipped it very fast and it was well packed too. With the exception of 1 plastic bag, all the packaging was recyclable, including 'plastic worms'. You can even dissolve those in water!”

“I discovered to my dismay, about ten days, ago when I first used the traditional white enamel jug (Made in China) I bought earlier this year from Dexam, that it leaked like a sieve. So I called Dexam who, without fuss or difficulty, agreed to replace it. The manner in which this was dealt with, and the speed with which the replacement was delivered were both exemplary, and I am delighted now to have a jug that is watertight. Thank you Dexam.”

“I found the staff very helpful. The person who initially dealt with my queries went above and beyond in finding the answers. All staff I have dealt with have been polite and helpful. Delivery was prompt. I have been using my microwave cover and base for sometime now. I am very pleased with the items and price wise very good value”
