“Danielle was extremely helpful when we needed to make changes to our booking. Her colleague we dealt with when first booking, sadly less so. So we are grateful we found Danielle. She said delays in confirming the small change took a while as the resort hadn’t emailed her back. But it was all sorted in the end. Thank you.”
