“Corner chrome radiator valve arrived quickly and was well packaged. It seems good quality in feel and appearance but as yet haven't had chance to fit it so cannot comment as to its functionality.”

“To complete an en-suite refurbishment, I needed a heated towel rail/radiator that another company had failed to deliver. It was out of stock in lots of other internet sites I tried and I was getting the same story everywhere that it wouldn't be available for a number of weeks. My last try was a phone call to the Designer Bathroom Store. I called them at lunchtime on a Wednesday and although the item wasn't in stock DBS said their distributor may have one and they would call me back in 5/10 mins. DBS phoned back within a few minutes to confirm they could get the item for me, it would be shipped to them that day, received by them on the Thursday and then they would send it to me for receipt on the Friday. They completely delivered on their promise and the radiator arrived as promised on the Friday. The gentleman who helped me on the phone was extremely helpful and very personable. I did have a problem with the website when I tried to order it online, but that was quickly resolved and the order was taken over the telephone. Definitely would use again and definitely would recommend to others.”

“Amazing service couldn't fault. Sent email querying an item and they responded straight away. Ordered Bathroom cabinet on the Monday and it came the next day. Well done you guys, would have no hesitation in using you again. Thankyou”

They have provided a very personalised service and were able to offer a range of product choices to suit the requirements we provided, at very reasonable prices. “I ordered a vertical radiator online with Designer Bathroom Store and was contacted first thing the next morning to confirm my order. Unfortunately, the radiator we had ordered was not in stock, however I was given the option of an alternative radiator that was almost identical (and a cheaper option). Our radiator was delivered to us the next day and I am delighted with the product! The service we received was fantastic and I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to friends/family.”
