“We ordered a luxury shower seat to add to our bathroom for my elderly mum who lives with us. This arrived very quickly, unfortunately mum said she would not use it, I e-mailed Laura who said it could be returned and it could either be collected or I could return it by post. I asked for it to be collected and Laura sent me the returns form by e-mail. Service was excellent and the shower seat was collected within two days. Laura was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend Designer Bathroom Store to friends and family.”

“Laura, on the Customer Service line, was an absolute joy to talk to - friendly, knowledgeable, great sense of humour! Managed to obtain answers to a couple of tricky questions by quickly contacting the supplier and, when I emailed the following day to check whether our heated towel rail had been shipped for the next day delivery that we'd needed, she replied within minutes to confirm that it had. Both packages then arrived within the hour. The product itself is great, love it. Would recommend this place again and again, and Laura rocks :)”
