Received faulty product and although dermalogica admitted there was a known fault with the pump dispenser, I have received no replacement or refund. From reading the reviews this has happened to other people, very disappointing

Although there has been some feedback on the difficulty of dispensing the Melting Moisture Masque there is not a general fault with the pump action for this product. We are able to offer refunds to customers who experience problems with their products but you will need to contact the E-com team directly with your order number. I had really bad experience with you. The product came damaged.I tried to call your customer service few times but couldn’t get through.I emailed your customer service with the pictures and haven’t heard anything back. I posted review on trustpilot and got a response asking to forward my complaint with the pictures on different email address.I have sent this email almost a week ago and still haven’t heard anything from you.Is it your new practice now to send damaged products and then ignore your customers? As you can see on my account that I have been your customer for many years and spent a lot money with you. But I won’t tolerate you sending me damaged products and complete ignorance from your customer service

Really disappointed. I placed an order of over £120 to claim free ice globe and 2 free products. Products came with no complimentary items - tried emailing but no reply, phoned twice and still no complimentary items in the post - What a con to spend more money, totally disappointed and let down

Simply put shockingly poor, purchased two £15.00 electronic gift cards for Christmas however only received one. Emailed customer service no response. So as it stands I'm very unlikely to deal with such a dishonest, lazy and unprofessional company again. Hopefully someone now will have the common curtesy to respond and resolve the issue of the missing gift carf before I escalate further...

Firstly it was a £100 gift card! Not £15?, secondly my daughter never received it and thirdly I have had no communication with customer service! Absolute rubbish and I will be asking for my money back.

Items I ordered online never arrived. Royal Mail retuned them to Dermalogica, who then shipped them by DPD who then stated they couldn't deliver the items. This was for my wife as Christmas present. I then just received a email saying my order had been refunded, no explanation, no apology, basically rubbish service, I will never buy any goods from Dermalogica again. John Spencer.

If I could vote 0 stars I would. I ordered a £50 gift card over a week ago and haven’t received it yet. I’ve emailed twice, tried calling but no answer after being on hold for 40 minutes! Left a message. Still no gift card. And now I get asked to review my £15 gift card which 1) and haven’t yet received, and 2) it was a £50 gift card!!! Awful experience!!!!

I have spent over hundred pounds on face creams and had a reaction. My face is red and peeling so not sure which cream has caused it. I have been using Dermalogica for over a year and have always been happy.

Awful unfortunately as this burnt my skin so bad after using for only two days but thank you to the customer service team who helped straight away and refunded me unfortunately this product is not for me! My skin is now very dry

Please try to keep your skin hydrated and avoid applying other products or make-up until the skin has calmed and returned to normal. If you wish to try Dermalogica products in the future, please do consider going to visit a Dermalogica skin Expert who will be able to find the most suitable products for your skin. Often less active product is better and offers more! You can find your nearest Dermalogica Expert via our official website.
