I buy your products a lot. The only thing is there’s no free samples when you buy online.

I bought this item along with other Dermalogica products for my 14 year old daughter who suffers from PIE and acne on her face. I have used dermalogica for years and wanted to buy some good products to help her skin ! However this product is so strong it literally made her skin react immediately. I have contacted the customer services team three times via email and haven’t heard a thing. Very disappointed with the customer services service ! When you buy direct you should get some level of aftercare service. !!!

I’ve placed an online order for a next day delivery unfortunately the package was delivered to a completely different address (even though I put the correct details) I raised the issue with Dermalogica and telling them that I really need my cream , but they couldn’t do anything until they receive a confirmation from Royal Mail. That all happened last Friday today is Wednesday and I’m just getting an email from them they can send the replacement order or a refund, and not even trying to be nice to the loyal customer and maybe offer to send a new package ( while I’m waiting) ; with the same product or anything nice like that like a compliment gift. I’m very disappointed Dermalogica how you treated me. I’ve been in the retail business myself and this is not how you treat your customers.

A gift card is what it is? But when you are supposed to get a free gift, which I never got and after speaking t the customer service team several times I was just told that nothing could be done about?

I order online and normally they send me samples but this time I didn't get any which make me very upset I like to get some samples so I know what shoud I buy next

Happy with the order and everything just a little disappointed that my order contained only daily microfoliant as free samples when I had ordered a large container of daily microfoliant and a small travel size . This does not make sense as I clearly didn't need to sample the daily microfoliant as I had bought a full size version! Samples of different products would have been appreciated.

Simply put shockingly poor, purchased two £15.00 electronic gift cards for Christmas however only received one. Emailed customer service no response. So as it stands I'm very unlikely to deal with such a dishonest, lazy and unprofessional company again. Hopefully someone now will have the common curtesy to respond and resolve the issue of the missing gift carf before I escalate further...

I have spent over hundred pounds on face creams and had a reaction. My face is red and peeling so not sure which cream has caused it. I have been using Dermalogica for over a year and have always been happy.

Love Dermalogica products and the live chat function on the website. Items always arrive quickly once ordered and I like that the packaging us sustainable (No plastic/bubble wrap etc.) Nice to be a member of the rewards programme too, the sample size products and occasional gifts when you have enough points are nice to receiv.

So this isn't to do with the product specifically. I actually really love this product. HOWEVER. I have been waiting for a refund since MAY for a bottle of Retinol oil I bought.The bottle had a manufacting issue and the bottom of it came clean off and spilt the oil everywhere on the hotel bed (check image for reference). I have been promised a refund since MAY. I sent in my bank details as asked and yet no refund. No one is getting back to me after numerous emails and at this point I'm clearly just getting ignored. The CS is so poor and embarssing. Do better.
