Simply put shockingly poor, purchased two £15.00 electronic gift cards for Christmas however only received one. Emailed customer service no response. So as it stands I'm very unlikely to deal with such a dishonest, lazy and unprofessional company again.
Hopefully someone now will have the common curtesy to respond and resolve the issue of the missing gift carf before I escalate further...
