So this isn't to do with the product specifically. I actually really love this product. HOWEVER. I have been waiting for a refund since MAY for a bottle of Retinol oil I bought.The bottle had a manufacting issue and the bottom of it came clean off and spilt the oil everywhere on the hotel bed (check image for reference). I have been promised a refund since MAY. I sent in my bank details as asked and yet no refund. No one is getting back to me after numerous emails and at this point I'm clearly just getting ignored. The CS is so poor and embarssing. Do better.

I’ve kind of disappointed that I keep receiving the same samples like over and over”the daily milkfoliant” isn’t for my skin. I emailed dermatologica and was sent another sample but was told the only give what they got. Ok but don’t really want to keep ordering from you guys.

Online purchase from one of the worst website. They changed the delivery address on their own and there is no mechanism whats so ever to make any changes to the order once it has been done. Do not ever buy online from this store

it really wasn't clear that I could only use in 2 salons, which happen to be nowhere near where I live. unfortunately there is no way id have purchased this if id really seen the limited options as to where they could be redeemed very disappointed. have emailed customer services since but haven't heard back yet

I ordered this kit and when I received it, the glass jar was broken and the liquid had leaked over the rest of the products. I called up to explain what had happened and I was sent another kit, the same issue happened, so I called and explained what happened and was told I’d get a full refund, but all I had to do was email in a picture for the warehouse which is what I did. I have since not heard anything back, I have emailed several times for the attention of Alice and called several time with no answer to any of it. Bad experience.

Ordered this product on line and instructions on packaging referred to leaflet inside. This was not provided and had to spend valuable time on line chasing questions not answered and eventually a therapist that gave instructions for use but no explanation of why leaflets are not being provided other than company reducing paper usage. This isn’t good enough when purchasing a product not used before and expensive and will not be buying online from them again. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and we appreciate the frustration you experienced in trying to find the answers for using your product. Our online therapists should have been able to provide you with additional information, this is one of the functions of online chat but we are sorry that in this instance it failed to be of assistance to you. Many of our products which carry extra instructions for users do not have individual instructions included in the box or packaging but include a link that should be printed on the box which will direct the customer to online instructions.
