The product came damaged.I tried to call your customer service few times but couldn’t get through.I emailed your customer service with the pictures and haven’t heard anything back. I posted review on trustpilot and got a response asking to forward my complaint with the pictures on different email address.I have sent this email almost a week ago and still haven’t heard anything from you.Is it your new practice now to send damaged products and then ignore your customers? As you can see on my account that I have been your customer for many years and spent a lot money with you. But I won’t tolerate you sending me damaged products and complete ignorance from your customer service”

We would like to recommend that you visit a professional skin therapist who can assess your eye area and give you additional advice. If the puffiness is due to another factor, for example lymph, then they can recommend some lymph drainage movements to assist.
