“I have not received my goods. Over two weeks ago I was informed that my parcel had been dispatched but have heard nothing since. I have emailed customer sales but have received no reply as to why my parcel has not arrived.”

“I wasn't able to use the DDMONE15 discount although my order was over £30. I wrote an comment to the effect on my order and still didn't get a discount or a communication as to why it wasn't allowing the discount. This is not the first time this has happened.”

“I ordered TEPE EASYPICK 36'S INTERDENTAL and another item on 30 December and they didn't arrive until mid January. I was extremely disappointed how long it took from order to delivery. You implied delivery would be around 4th January. I will not use you again because of this delay.”

“I placed order number 100131226 on 4 January 2021. I received an invoice by e-mail on 5 January. The goods did not arrive. I asked for a progress report off the website. I received no response. A lousy service.”

“I am very unsatisfied with the store and the customer service I experienced. I completed a purchase on Monday 21st of December (early morning). I chose Express Delivery as the product was urgent and I needed it before Christmas. According to the website -orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. When choosing Express Delivery I should get tracking number, which I hadn't received. I phoned them up on Tuesday and was assured that the parcel should be collected by a courier that day. I took into account any delays caused by the Christmas rush, so one day wouldn't make any difference. I also received an email from CS team confirming that the parcel should arrive on Wednesday. The package hadn't arrived at all, so the following week I tried to call... many times! The phone wasn't available at all. So that was 2nd week with no order. No one replied to my email sent on 30th of December either. I managed to get through to the team yesterday (Monday 4th of Jan) and was promised a refund. Still waiting for my money back... although I don't have much hope it will be resolved soon.”

“Placed the order before 2pm, paid for express delivery. Was told by email it would be delivered by Royal Mail, arrived via UPS six days later. I could've walked to collect the order and got back before the so called express delivery arrived. It's back to eBay for me.”

“I placed my order two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. The postage charge was £3.49 for just four small packets of TePe brushes but then they were sent by second class post!”
