You should have received this already. As this is not the case, we can only assume that your order has been lost during delivery. Sorry but it was a waist of money. It didn’t fill the whole, it was impossible to use on your own and later that night the bit I managed to get in the hole came on when I tried to eat a soft piece of bread. Then I ended up with a vile taste in my mouth. Maybe I used it wrongly but never again.

Take payments for items not in stock, ignore emails and never want to refund your money, unless you involve your bank!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Worst company I have ever dealt with online!!

the items I bought CTS Interspace Brushes are fine and good price but....... On 5th March I ordered and paid for Royal Mail First Class Next working day delivery after complaining on 9th March I was told their system updates were wrong, so they reordered for me on 9th March They eventually arrived on 16th March. I did however get a refund of the postage

Unfortunately, it is unclear whether you were in the decision to rebuy the same product as before or if you were trying a new Wisdom product. As per your previous orders, it can be seen that you purchased the Wisdom Clean Between Interdental Brushes. From your review, we assume that this had previously worked better for you than the flossers. We recommend that you explore the rest of our interdental brush range if you would like to find something similar to this product. Order something paid 1st class postage. Package didn’t arrived, emailed and was told it had been sent 2nd class and there is a Christmas back log at Royal Mail. 2 weeks later still no package. Emailed asking for a refund no reply!! Absolute jokers do not order from here!

I placed an order on 21 December and paid extra for courier delivery in the hope of delivery before Christmas. This did not happen until 5 January, and the parcel had been sent by 2mf class royal mail despite the courier supplement I had paid. I am still awaiting a response to ,y request for refund.

As advised on our website during the festive period, orders made after the 17th of December would likely be subject to delays and would not arrive before Christmas as our warehouse would be closing until the new year. Our orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class post and should be expected to arrive within 10 working days. If this is not the case, it is, unfortunately, possible that your parcel has been misplaced by royal mail.
