Very poor communication. At time if ordering there is no indication when it should be delivered. I am waiting on a delivery for two weeks now . My daughters surgery has come and gone . Very disappointing. Will be returning my order as soon as it does arrive. I have already made my complaint to customer services. Still no delivery !!!

When ordering, the items I selected were in stock, in seemingly sufficient number. By the time my order arrived the key items were cancelled and only a couple of insignificant small items delivered (which I'd never ordered by post as it's so wasteful for the environment and more expensive, obviously). I will not be using Dentaldirect again.

You seem to have cancelled my order without even an explanation email. Just a refund to my credit card. But I actually needed the product badly. Even if you couldn't fulfill, I would have appreciated notification so that I could order from another vendor.

Sizes not explained the blue ones are bigger than the blue brushes so cannot get between teeth.

Dear Michael Thank you for taking the time to send through the review. All orders are dispatched via Royal mail 2nd class post unless customers requests a 1st class service or expedited delivery. I do apologies if this order took longer than expected but your order was handed to Royal mail on 6th October therefore you should have your order by now, if this is not the case then please email us directly. Dear Customer Thank you for your time you have taken to respond to the Review board. There are occasions when there are stock discrepancies and this is one of these times. The manufacturer has also changed the flavour of this items and therefore stocks have been run down and unfortunately the new stock is still yet to arrive. I do understand how frustrating this can be but was a unfortunate issue with stock. Kind Regards Paul

i was very disappointed with the floss I bought as i had difficulty pulling them through. they are not smooth and i am afraid to break my teeth! unfortunately I bought 6!

I wrote to you immediately after the order was placed as I noted that, despite the different delivery & account addresses, the delivery address had been ignored. I emailed immediately to confirm where the goods should be sent, but this too was ignored & the mouthwash I ordered was sent to the wrong address. I would like to claim a refund for the item & delivery charge. Can you get back to me to confirm please?

Orders are sent out automatically without any human intervention on checking if address are correct and also in many cases before we receive any emails requesting any changes to orders. Never received my order, they refuse to replace said I had to order again and they will not refund unless it's returned. Will not be using them again!

I thought the product would be a lot stronger and was definitely disappointed with the overall point of it. I used it once and now have it boxed in my storage cupboard. Apologies for the bluntness of my review. I spent a lot of money on it and would have expected more for for my outlay. yours sincerely Martin Green
