Awful- never use them I still have not had an order that I placed on 21st February. No response to 2 follow up emails.

You should have received this by now. As this is not the case, we can only assume your package was lost during delivery. We are very sorry about this. Dental direct won’t leave a parcel without handing it to a person. Hopeless if you are out at work. Think they tried six times and two weeks before they found someone randomly in. My parcel was £6 and I was happy to take responsibility. Why not allow it to be left as everyone else does?

As you have not received this yet, it is likely that your parcel has been misplaced during delivery. As I have not yet received these goods I am unable to comment on the product. This is after twice informing Dental Direct that I was not in receipt of the goods. The courier firm had sent me a text informing me that the goods were in their warehouse and that there would be a delay in sending them to me. That was two weeks ago!

No idea - they still haven't delivered the order, and they use EVRI, so chances are it will arrive sometime next year. I did try to cancel but haven't had a refund. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE until they stop using EVRI as their delivery service.

The product was meant to be delivered within 24h as I paid for express delivery; however, the parcel took 3weeks to be delivered.

I think you should speak to your couriers as they tool well over a week to deliver even thought u use 48hr service

I have not yet received my order. Evri said they would deliver on Friday but they didn't. At the moment I am very disappointed at how long it is taking. Perhaps you could chase up and find out when it will really be delivered.

First order got lost. Never arrived. Replacement order arrived after I left for holiday and I had to buy elsewhere to take away with me. Very disappointing.

Dental direct decided to take my money from an order that they never confirmed in the first place , no contact whatsoever just received a message from evri on the 26th of November saying my “package” is delayed and now on the 7th of December almost 2 weeks later I still have nothing and you guys took my money
