I am very unsatisfied with the store and the customer service I experienced. I completed a purchase on Monday 21st of December (early morning). I chose Express Delivery as the product was urgent and I needed it before Christmas. According to the website -orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. When choosing Express Delivery I should get tracking number, which I hadn't received. I phoned them up on Tuesday and was assured that the parcel should be collected by a courier that day. I took into account any delays caused by the Christmas rush, so one day wouldn't make any difference. I also received an email from CS team confirming that the parcel should arrive on Wednesday. The package hadn't arrived at all, so the following week I tried to call... many times! The phone wasn't available at all. So that was 2nd week with no order. No one replied to my email sent on 30th of December either. I managed to get through to the team yesterday (Monday 4th of Jan) and was promised a refund. Still waiting for my money back... although I don't have much hope it will be resolved soon.
