Having paid the extra money for a 24 hour delivery it took 3 extra days to be delivered.

I have been using Dental Direct for some years now and until my last order on the 14th December 2022 I have always found them to be reliable and good value. My order of the 14th December was dispatched promptly by Dental Direct, but unfortunately given to Evri who I have found to be totally unreliable. I have contacted Dental Direct via email 4 days ago but still don't know what's happening with my order. I know it's Christmas so I will be patient. I just hope Dental Direct doesn't continue to use Evri.

I have shopped with Dental on numerous occasions and have always been happy with the service but on this occasion am not so happy. I am still waiting for my delivery after emailing twice to chase where the delivery is have had no response.

Our records have been checked and we can see that your order was shipped on the 20th of September via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. This should have reached you by now. As this is not the case, we can only assume that your order has been lost during shipment by Royal Mail. Disappointingly slow delivery. Ordered on Friday but not dispatched until following Thursday, and not received until the following Tuesday. Otherwise, goods as advertised and reasonable price

Took 6 days from placing order to being delivered Annoyed that Order was short by 6 packs. Emailed. Phoned Monday morning, person who took the call apologised & was very courteous, quick to advise she would place a second order for missing items and would be dispatched in a day or 2 - it arrived in 2 days. Well done to that person, I will be a returning customer because of that service.

Very slow delivery and not much help when queried. Not the best dry mouth spray I’ve had, very sweet and quite gel like.

This was my first order and there was a long delay between ordering and receiving the goods. The reason given was Covid19 but I find that hard to believe. I’ll reserve judgment until after my next order. Otherwise very happy.

Products all fine and arrived quickly. Such a shame the company uses polystyrene chips for packaging, no excuse for that these days

Products are excellent and delivery very efficient. I have only give three stars because I disapprove of the use of polystyrene pellets in the packaging. These cannot be recycled.

I had been using Curasept mouthwash. I thought I was ordering more as the labels looked exactly the same. On delivery, I noticed I had purchased 'oral rinse'. I cannot ascertain if there is a difference but as I had bought 4 bottles, I am unhappy that I have not received what I thought I was ordering. The labelling is misleading. I asked several people if they could tell the difference. They could not. Not the fault of Dental Direct but will be disinclined to order over the internet. again.

Our Curasept range consists of the Implant Mouthwash 0.2%, Perio Mouthwash 0.12%, Antiseptic Oral Rinse 0.05% and the Antiseptic Oral Rinse 0.2%.
