Delcor fly the flag for British craftsmanship with made-to-measure sofas and chairs.

Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“We've made 4 purchases from Delcor over the past 25 years, the most recent being a beautifully made to order Lofa Sofa purchased in October this year. We've always been so happy with the quality of their furniture, however we did by a Sofa at a well known department store in Newcastle at a reduced price and made by a reputable manufacturer but soon realised the difference in quality, Delcor furniture itends to be a bit more expensive but all in all you really get what you pay for, it's totally worthwhile!”

“We recently had our 24 year old Delcor lofa sofa recovered by yourselves. From start of the process with Julie to final installation our experience with Delcor was exceptional! We are delighted with the final result and would highly recommend Delcor to everybody.”

“Well where do I start from the minute I walked in to the store, I just knew I would find the furniture I’d been looking for. The attention to detail is very visible. Quality hand made furniture built to last a life time. The staff are great no pressure sales your made to feel like one of the family, delivery excellent customer service, I would recommend Delcor without hesitation. I just wish I had another lounge so I could buy more.”

“Excellent service from Delcor. Replacing a spring in one of my two seater sofas. Lovely staff to speak to. Organised quickly and very professionally from beginning to end. I could not fault any of the experience and would totally recommend Delcor in every way. They are a very impressive company whose staff are very person centred”

“We are delighted with the 2 new sofas that have just been delivered from Delcor. We have been customers of Delor for over 30 years, and the service and product quality remains the best. There was an issue with the sofa material (not the fault of Delcor) which was resolved without any fuss and with excellent customer service. We would especially like to extend our thanks to Julie Truby for her help & professionalism throughout our recent experience.”

“I am very impressed with the service that I received from everyone at Delcor, especially Jenny. I ordered my fabric and the trim myself, from the different company. I had issues with the delivery of the trim. Jenny and Ben help me a lot in handling the situation. When the sofa bed was made I asked for the picture to be emailed to me so I can make sure everything was done correctly. The person from the workshop emailed me the picture very promptly. My sofa bed was made even earlier than was agreed. Every person that was involved in the process did the great job. I am extremely impressed with the job of the upholsterer. The lines of the fabric on the sofa base and sofa cushions are aligned very nicely. The corners and junctions are made perfectly. I am interior designer and have been dealing with quite a few sofa companies and I was very impressed with the quality of the sofa bed and the service that I received at Delcor. It has been very smooth and enjoyable process all along.”
