“I have ordered and paid for a change of name and never received the documents even after their e-mail stating "your documents were shipped". Contacted by e-mail and they asked me the order number and name which I have sent plus the old name and the new one for the deed. Never received a reply, a call or even the documents. My personal opinion is that this deed poll office is a waste of time and ripping off money from honest people. I have also requested the documents immediately or the reimbursement of my money to the bank account paid from and nothing happen. Avoid this "firm" go somewhere else!”

“This is the best service you could get and the cheapest. I have used this company 3 times now. For myself and my daughter and the standard of the Deed poll copies are of the highest standard. Also if you have a problem you can email the company and they will reply within a couple of days. I have changed my passport, Doctors, Banks, Pensions and every legal document I have and it’s been accepted everywhere. 5 stars from us. Thank you for a great company.”

“I made my order through the website on the 30th December. I paid the additional fee for tracked 1-2 days delivery (sensitive post, definitely go tracked) but I haven't yet received a thing. I sent an initial email on the 31st requesting the tracking number as I like to be able to see where my parcels/packages are in the network. They responded a few days later asking for some information so that they can re-draft and resend out the deed polls. I found this very confusing at the time, I only asked for a Royal Mail tracking number, but it seems to me that they're so desensitised to getting these emails, I guess they're just copying and pasting templates now instead of actually looking at the emails properly. Non-existent customer services, and no phone number or live chat option to contact them either. It's now ten days since my order, I haven't received the originals, I haven't received the replacements. I am out £45.97 and I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the funds back, which can take three months.”

“Placed the order, and found out from Lithuanian embassy that I do not need, deed poll in England. Basically straight away a I email support desk to cancel the order, but noone replied, I received confirmation in the evening my pack is dispatched. Very disappointed, will try to send it back without opening!!!”

“Literally a SCAM - Do not use. I have had to dispute with my bank. Tried to get in contact with them after paying for express delivery and NO contact. Disgraceful, this is a SCAM company.”
