I have ordered and paid for a change of name and never received the documents even after their e-mail stating "your documents were shipped". Contacted by e-mail and they asked me the order number and name which I have sent plus the old name and the new one for the deed. Never received a reply, a call or even the documents. My personal opinion is that this deed poll office is a waste of time and ripping off money from honest people. I have also requested the documents immediately or the reimbursement of my money to the bank account paid from and nothing happen. Avoid this "firm" go somewhere else!
