I made my order through the website on the 30th December. I paid the additional fee for tracked 1-2 days delivery (sensitive post, definitely go tracked) but I haven't yet received a thing. I sent an initial email on the 31st requesting the tracking number as I like to be able to see where my parcels/packages are in the network. They responded a few days later asking for some information so that they can re-draft and resend out the deed polls. I found this very confusing at the time, I only asked for a Royal Mail tracking number, but it seems to me that they're so desensitised to getting these emails, I guess they're just copying and pasting templates now instead of actually looking at the emails properly. Non-existent customer services, and no phone number or live chat option to contact them either. It's now ten days since my order, I haven't received the originals, I haven't received the replacements. I am out £45.97 and I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the funds back, which can take three months.
