“The driver arrived on time but had some difficulty getting the load on the drive but his perseverance paid off. The slate was just what we ordered. We would definitely use Decorative Aggregates again.”

“Cheshre Pink Chippings. Found product easy to source and true to images and description. Delivery could not have been better and job, though not quite finished, looks great with these chippings. Very pleased with the product and with decorative aggregates.”

“Product OK but delivery is subbed to a third party who did not deliver on the designated day (after waiting all day with no contact) and then finally delivered 3 days later without providing any notice. One of the pallets was broken so it took 30 minutes to unload, blocking the street”

Hello Carl, thank you for your review. We're sorry that you experienced a delay with receiving your stone and for any inconvenience, the damaged pallet caused. As you may have seen in the news, there is a nationwide HGV driver shortage which is leading to potential delivery delays across all sectors in the country. We are working closely with our partners in the haulage network and we are communicating on our website and order confirmation email that some orders may experience delays of up to 2 working days (with some postcodes experiencing extended delays) as a result. Once again we sincerely apologise for the delay.

Hi Michael, thank you for taking the time to provide your review. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused - we outsource our deliveries to third party hauliers and we advise on our website that all deliveries are kerbside only; unfortunately the drivers are not insured to deliver the goods directly onto private property. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
