“Product is good and as expected. Delivery was on the day chosen, but driver had to improvise - with my help - to get the pallet truck onto the dropped kerb - only about 20mm. I had warned Decorative Agregates about this possibility, and had sent photo of kerb, but driver said he wasn't told. Otherwise all good.”

“In terms of stone quality and price I have no issues and I think both were of a very good standard, and am very pleased with the result. However, delivery was very challenging. Customer service were unable to give a delivery window but stated the driver will call when 1 hour away. We had two separate purchases, and in the first case we had a phone call 10 minutes before arrival, and in the second we had no phone call despite putting it on the specific instructions. It was also challenging with delivery as the two separate deliveries were with different courier companies. The second delivery was unable to place the pallets in the area that the first courier did and we prepared for, which made things more challenging as they had to be left on the roadside.”
