“Poor Service, with no notifications about late delivery. Looking at other reviews for this company there seems a very similar theme, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this shambolic company. I never bothered contacting the company regarding the delivery as the generic responses to the previous reviews on Trustpilot were 'It's not our fault its a lack of Drivers/Lorries/Time *delete as appropriate. The truth is, there isn't the shortage that this company is alluding to, yes there is a shortage but not to this level. I have had other palletised deliveries recently that have arrived on time, even from the same haulage company that this company used. I understand that in some areas there may be some delivery issues, but I am in Gloucester, literally 5 minutes from the M5 a major trunk route. If I lived in the outer Hebrides I might accept that deliveries could be late but Gloucester...... Unbelievable.”

“Great service from start to finish. Ordering was easy using the tool to work out how much was needed. Pebbles arrived on time and were delivered to our desired location by our gate. The price was also better than I have seen anywhere else. Will definitely be recommending”
