“The decorative white pebbles that i ordered were good quality, as advertised, and they arrived on time. I am very pleased with my purchase, but the driver did not call me in advance of the delivery, or knock on my door/ring bell. Poor delivery service.”

“To be honest I was disappointed at how much clay was stuck to the cobbles. The top 50% all need hard washing to get them clean enough for the gabions they are intended for. Many of the lower levels need hand scraping to remove the clay before washing. A lot of time and water wasted. I’m now left with about 20kgs of small broken cobble and clay to dispose of. I do need another bag but I’m v hesitant about reordering.”

“5 out of 5 for the aggregates - which are very good and were selected following the purchase of a sample bag. 0 out of 5 for the delivery - the delivery driver did not communicate very well at all and had a very poor attitude throughout. He did not forewarn us of the arrival time, knocked on our door then went to his van without saying hi, we had to request a minute to move our car to which he then responded by saying he would deliver the bulk bag on our path to which I had to refuse as it would block our way in and out of the house, and by the time the bulk bag had been lowered from the lorry I had moved the car, and then he proceeded to drop the bulk bag off at pace nearly hitting the front of the house! He then took a photo and drove off as quickly as possible without say good bye. It was all very bizarre particularly as it was early in the morning and he only had a few bags in the back of the lorry..”

“Currently carrying out a project of removing lawn in two quarter segments either side of the front door. Wanted to replace with slate chippings. Decorative Aggregates were very competitively priced, especially as I wanted the slate in bags rather than one bulk bag. Ordered 50 bags, delivery was quick, DA kept me posted as to delivery schedule, and driver used a pallet truck to drop the load exactly where I asked him to. Great all round service, and the slate chippings are just what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DA or to order from them again.”
