“Bags of gravel delivered successfully. Sadly not on the preferred day. But I was kept informed as the lorry had broken down. The gravel came on Saturday but not between 10 and 12 as promised. Driver very pleasant and friendly.”

“Product is good and as expected. Delivery was on the day chosen, but driver had to improvise - with my help - to get the pallet truck onto the dropped kerb - only about 20mm. I had warned Decorative Agregates about this possibility, and had sent photo of kerb, but driver said he wasn't told. Otherwise all good.”
