“Delivery date was arranged for Friday 05th May. Decorative Aggregates did not supply with no contact made. I sent an email requesting clarification. I was called by the delivery driver the following morning advising that he was arriving with my order. Delivery was then made. I subsequently received an email reply confirming the above. Decorative Aggegates should have called me on the Friday 05th advising on the delay.”

“First time we’ve used Decorative aggregates. Our order was for 20 x 25Kg bags of 6mm round gravel. The product was fine, and we got 24bags on our pallet! Not sure if we got more or less than ordered (if the bags were smaller?) Good job we were in because the driver just showed up on the day without any time warning. He was pleasant and helpful though. Would definitely use DA agiain.”
