Good Morning Roy, Thank you for your review. We do request for a call an hour before delivery on all orders. We do apologise that this didn't happen for you. With regards to our packaging, the pallets get shrink wrapped to prevent the movement of goods whilst in transit and to try and prevent any damages on orders. Kind Regards Decorative Aggregates

“Product fine. More dust than I'd hoped for but probably what I'd have got from any supplier. Disappointing to read in the blurb that 'driver will phone x minutes before delivery' (can't remember what x was), but then, when I made the purchase, to read that because National carriers are used no delivery time can be given. Bit poor that! The delivery was excellent, friendly and helpful. Mind you, that's no credit to the supplier because he was a National carrier.”

“Aggregates delivered on time, quantity, size & colour were as advertised. The driver was very helpful & placed the pallet on my drive in the position I requested. I will soon be requesting more of the same & will certainly be ordering from this company again. Good show”
