“The Team were very helpful with my initial queries, after placing my order I phoned and spoked to Lucy to explain the stone I would prefer. “The delivery didn’t go smoothly - the driver and his delivery scheduler weren’t coordinated. We consequently missed an appointment. The aggregate was very dirty and dusty so we had to wash it all before use. Previously this wasn’t the case.”
