“Order on line was a simple process, delivery not at all a good experience. Driver had no idea how to use the trolley to remove pallet. He got it stuck twice. Initially left in neighbours drive and was not helpful when asked to move to my side of drive. Also took branches off pavement trees when trying to reverse out of cul de sac. Driver obviously not trained in equipment or customer care - stating several times he should not spend more than ten minutes at each delivery.”

“Arrived in good time, ordered 10mm but more like pea gravel arrived. Not a problem though, still looks good 👍 Delivery driver was fantastic especially having to reverse 18 tonne vehicle 1/4 mile down to our house.”

“The comprehensive website made the choice quite straightforward. We settled for the golden gravel for our garden pathways and ordered two bulk bags which were delivered on time by a very accommodating driver. Nothing was too much for him and we were at the centre of his task. The quality of the gravel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. A little bit more than what we needed for the garden but will be used for topping up as and when necessary. We would definitely recommend this company.”

“Decorative Aggregates is truly exceptional. Their pricing is unbeatable, and they were excellent at keeping me informed about the delivery date and timing. Some time ago, I purchased a pallet from DA, which unfortunately was too heavy for me to relocate. However, the driver went above and beyond by using his electric pump truck to assist me, and this level of service was nothing short of extraordinary. I've already wholeheartedly recommended DA to all my family and friends for their outstanding prices and, most importantly, their impeccable 5-star service. Thank you immensely!
