“Excellency lorry driver. Two bags missing on pallet. But pallet was wrapped in plastic so whoever wrapped it didn’t count out 50 bags properly. But that’s ok. Can get something similar locally if need a bit more to top up”

“Everything was good until I tried to rearrange the delivery date. I contacted Decorative Aggregates to notify them that I was not going to be in to accept delivery but was happy for the delivery driver to leave in an agreed place. The representative then said it was OK to rearrange for another day which I was happy with. Then on the original delivery day when I was away, I had a call from the delivery driver who had the stone on his lorry to deliver. I said that it had been rearranged but clearly be was not aware of this. But to be fair to the driver, he did drop off in a place where I was happy for him to leave. All in all, stones great but communications could have been better.”

“Lovely large white cobbles. Delivery on the date it was scheduled for. Driver rung ten minutes before arrival. Would definitely recommend this product and company.”
