“We would have given a rating of 5 as the delivery was on time and of the 50 x 20 kg bags of polar white pebbles that we ordered, 44 of these bags of white pebbles were exactly as we had hoped. There were just 6 bags of an inferior product within this order which had a lot of sand and very small pebbles included. These 6 bags were not branded in the same way as the other bags, so possibly they had run out of their normal premium graded stones. We had to sift each of these bags to get rid of all the sand. Otherwise, we were very happy with the service and product we received.”

“The stones are solid and beautiful. Delivery was as stated and the delivery driver was absolutely helpful. He updated me literally all the way and was willing to go over and beyond to ensure the pallet was unpacked exactly where I wanted it.”
